On March 29, 2023, in Strumica, the 1st meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the IPARD Programme 2021-2027 was held. At the meeting, in addition to the regular representatives (members or their deputies), representatives of the European Commission (DG for Agriculture), Management Structure, Paying Agency, Auditing Authority and the IPARD Managing Authority participated as observers. The Committee was chaired by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, Mr. Rexhail Ismaili.
At the 1st meeting, the members of the Committee were informed on the adoption of the Sectoral Agreement and the Financial Agreement for the IPARD III Programme, the status of accreditation of IPARD III Programme measures and the plan of public calls under the IPARD III Programme.
At the 1st meeting, the Committee members adopted the First Modification of the IPARD III Programme, the Action Plan for Public Procurement for 2023 (APTA 2023) under the IPARD III Programme Technical Assistance Measure, the IPARD III Programme Visibility and Publicity Plan and the Evaluation Plan of the IPARD III Programme.
